I think back home many people believe we are here as an act of revenge for the world trade centers. I don’t believe revenge is the motivating factor in any of the conflicts that our country has been in. The motivating factor for all the wars we have fought has been to stop the oppression suffered by us or others. Once the oppressors have been captured or destroyed our armed forces are called off and the rebuilding begins. Some say we shouldn’t even be rebuilding, but I think it’s an act of the compassion of our country, a country that still has its remnants who serve the one and real God, who rebuilds those they have had to fight. Peace in this region has been and is influential to the rest of the world. I do believe that someday and very probably a day soon to come it will be up to God to settle the dispute once and for all. I do look forward to that day. It’ll be a day of relief, in that we can finally rest and know that the author of truth has returned and no servant of the devil will be able to stand in his light. We will be able to lay down our arms and breath real peace and feel no fear.
